Sopaf Capital Management SGR S.p.A. (previously named Cartesio Alternative Investments SGR S.p.A), an asset management company, was set up in 2002 and is totally owned by Sopaf. Sopaf Capital Management SGR manages the following funds:

• "Sopaf Global Private Equity Funds" fund
• "Adenium Sicav", a sicav with 15 sub-funds (managed on the basis of a management mandate)
