The Fondo Soreo I, a closed-end real estate fund reserved for qualified investors with a term of eight years and managed by Polis Fondi Sgr.p.A., invests in real estate development and trading initiatives.
The fund holds investments in the following companies operating in the property business:

• 15% of Immobiliare Appia 2005 S.r.l., a company which owns a portfolio of properties in Rome;
• 25.5% of Firanegocios S.L., a Spanish company heading up a prestigious urban renewal project in Barcelona;
• 50% of CO.SE. S.r.l., a company which owns a property complex on Lake Como.
