Sopaf's share capital is equal to € 80,100,085.92 and is subdivided into 421,908,440 ordinary shares with no par value.

In addition, 28,104,600 warrants (“Warrant Azioni Ordinarie SO.PA.F. 2005 - 2011”) are currently outstanding, and entitle the holders thereof to purchase 56,209,200 ordinary share of Sopaf at a price of € 0.459 per share.

Furthermore, the convertible bonds under the name of "SOPAF 2007-2012 convertible 3.875%" are traded on the Italian Stock Exchange since 27 August 2007.
