Milan , 4 December 2006 - As previously announced on 10 November 2006, SOPAF's current fiscal year will end on 31 December 2006 and will consist of six months only, due to the changing of the company's year end to 31 December, as dictated by a resolution of the extraordinary shareholders' meeting held on 10 November.

Following is a schedule of events which regard the year ending 31 December 2006:

29/03/2007      meeting of the Board of Directors for the purpose of approving the draft of the financial statements as of 31 December 2006

30/04/2007      shareholders' meeting for the purpose of approving the financial statements as of 31 December 2006 (first session)

04/05/2007      shareholders' meeting for the purpose of approving the financial statements as of 31 December 2006 (second session)

The calendar of company events for the year ending 31 December 2007 will be published by 31 January 2007.
