Milan , 28 December 2006 – LM Real Estate S.p.A., a subsidiary of SOPAF S.p.A., has today sold three shareholdings in property companies to investors in the sector: 50% of Giallo Milano S.r.l. (a company that has invested in a property development in via Muggiano, Milan), 15% of Bama S.r.l. (a company that owns several properties in Rome) and 33% of the investment in the joint venture, Valgardena S.r.l. (a company that has invested in a property development in San Donato Milanese). 
The SOPAF Group realized a total capital gain of around EUR 3.7 million on the three sales.
