Milan , 1 December 2006 –  SOPAF announces that in working with the Aviva Group and the De Agostini Group, it has reached an agreement with the Banca Poplare Italiana in order to extend the contractual term for acquiring the control of Bipielle Net to 22 March 2007.
The perfection of the transaction is subordinated to the procurement of the Bank of Italy's authorization.
