Milan, 30 November 2006 – SOPAF announces that Giorgio Magnoni, the company's managing director and principal shareholder, has sold 7,225,000 SOPAF 2005-2011 Ordinary Share Warrants to managers, directors and associates of the SOPAF Group at a price of EUR 0.11 each. 
Each warrant entitles the holder to the right to subscribe two SOPAF ordinary shares at a price of EUR 0.50 per share.
