Milan, 19 December 2007 – Sopaf announces that it has today registered with the Milan Registro delle Imprese the documents formalizing the merger by incorporation of the wholly owned subsidiaries LM Real Estate S.p.A., Acal S.p.A. and Ida S.r.l. into Sopaf S.p.A.  The effective date of the merger for tax and accounting purposes is 1 January 2007.
