Milan, 30 June 2008  –  Sopaf has today perfected the transaction covering the transfer of leasing contracts in relation to the building situated at Foro Buonaparte, 24/Via Mercato, 5, Milan to FASC Immobiliare S.r.l..  The transaction was previously announced via a press release issued on 27 June 2008.

The transfer of the contracts will take place at a price of EUR 23.2 million, calculated on the basis of a value of reference totalling EUR 39 million for the property units.

The transaction will generate a capital gain of roughly EUR 16 million.
