Milan, 29 February 2008 – At a meeting held today, the Sopaf S.p.A. Board of Directors acknowledged the resignation of the director Francesco Micheli, appointing Mario Rey in his place.

Mario Rey, who will also be a member of the compensation committee, is a professor at the University of Turin's Faculty of Law, and a member of the boards of directors of Cassa di Risparmio di Torino Foundation and the University of Turin.
