Milan, 3 March 2009  –  With reference to the press release published on 8 October 2008 regarding the signature of the agreement for acquisition of 51% of Polis Fondi SGR p.A., Sopaf advises that the term within which the suspensive conditions are to be met, originally envisaged as 2 March 2009, has been extended to 30 June 2009.
