Milan, 18 May 2009  –  To supplement the disclosures provided in the press releases issued by Sopaf S.p.A. on 15 May 2009, it is announced that the Company also received a notice from the temporary Administrators of Delta S.p.A. which informed the Company that “PricewaterhouseCoopers – the company entrusted with audit [of Delta S.p.A.] – has announced that, in order to underline the supervening events and for requirements associated with assessment of whether the company is still a going concern, it intends to withdraw the report certifying the 2008 draft financial statements of Delta S.p.A. and the 2008 consolidated financial statements, initially filed at the company’s head office for consultation by shareholders”.
