Milan, 26 march 2009  –  Sopaf informs that, following change to the calendar of corporate events previously disclosed, the meeting of the Board of Directors for examination and approval of the draft financial statements as at 31 December 2008 and the report on corporate governance has been postponed from 27 to 30 March 2009.
