Milan, 31 March 2009 – Further to the press release of 30 March 2009, Sopaf wishes to clarify that, with regard to the dividend to be approved by the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of 30 April 2009, the proposed coupon date is 25 May 2009, whilst the proposed payment date is 28 May 2009.
